August 2026
Database suspend for RDS, faster ArgoCD deployments and MCP sign-in with OAuth, plus an uptime monitoring IP to allowlist if you filter bots.
Platform changes released in August 2026.
Action required
Allow the uptime monitoring IP, if you filter bot traffic
We now run external uptime monitoring against your production endpoints: a read-only GET request roughly every 60 seconds, with no authentication, payload or session. The checks come from a fixed source IP.
If you block bots or unrecognised traffic on your production endpoints, raise a request and the CTO2B team will provide the source IP for you to allowlist, so the checks are not blocked. Otherwise no action is needed. In your access logs, the checks identify themselves with the user agent Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; monitoring-service). See External Uptime Monitoring.
New features
Database suspend for RDS
Pause AWS RDS PostgreSQL and MySQL databases you are not using, instead of tearing them down and rebuilding them later.
Availability: Available now (AWS only)

- Faster deployments — ArgoCD now syncs immediately after an application update, removing the previous sync delay of about four minutes.
- MCP sign-in with OAuth — use the SVIEW MCP server across Claude Code, Cowork and Claude chat. See User Profile.
Early access
